There are various kinds of wet dust collector, normally, as water bath dust collector, water film dust collector, impact dust collector, self-swash dust catcher, charging material dust collector, Venturi tube dust collector etc.
There are 2 kinds of material for water film dust collector: tower body which is made of Q235 steel and tower body which is made of granite, also it has another material made by glass fiber reinforced plastic. The former is mainly used in the industry, another is mainly used in boiler flue gas dust removal system with sulfide. The advantages are simple operation with convenient maintenance and management; the shortcoming is large water consumption and waste water discharge after treated.

For venturi tube granite water film dust collector, after exhaust gas went through the venturi tube, and then, it went into combine dust collector of granite and water film, efficiency of dust collection is more than 95%,it is normally used in middle and small boiler for desulfuration.
